Caise began working in the corporate trust industry in 2014. She joined the TVPX team in 2017 assisting the legal department with various Owner Trust services. Caise’s current responsibilities include reviewing and evaluating due diligence files for new customers, preparing customer risk assessments and working with customers to obtain proper insurance.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Utah.

Miller brings over 30 years of aviation industry experience to this role. He founded Shearwater Global Capital in 2014 to provide specialized asset-based lending to business aviation borrowers worldwide. Prior to Shearwater, he served as Managing Partner at JSSI Aviation Capital, where he delivered capital solutions for the business aviation sector with a focus on asset-based lending for medium to large business aircraft across global markets. Before that, he led Guggenheim Partners’ Business Aircraft Investment Group — subsequently acquired by Stonebriar Commercial Finance, now Eldridge Capital — where he focused on asset-based financing transactions across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Earlier in his career, Miller managed the U.S. division of a UK-based performance management consultancy, partnering with organizations of all sizes on strategy execution. Notable engagements included advising a private equity group on cargo flight operations in high-risk regions and supporting defense contractors responding to urgent requirements from U.S. military forces.
Before entering the business world, Miller served in the United States Marine Corps as an F/A-18 Hornet pilot, and held roles as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer and Aviation Safety Officer. He is a graduate of the U.S. Navy & Marine Corps School of Aviation Safety and holds a commercial pilot rating.
Miller is an accredited Senior Aircraft Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers and has served as President of the National Aircraft Finance Association. He holds a B.A. from Denison University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

McRae holds a Commercial Pilot Certificate with Airplane Single Engine Land and Multi Engine Land ratings and is a Certificated Flight Instructor (CFI), Instrument Instructor (CFII), and Multi Engine Instructor (MEI). Her experience as a flight instructor instilled a disciplined approach to preparation, attention to detail, and problem-solving—skills that translate naturally to managing complex aviation projects.
Before joining OGARAJETS, McRae spent two years instructing pilots at Auburn University and RD Aire, where she worked closely with students pursuing Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, and Commercial Pilot certifications. Through that experience, she developed a strong appreciation for the teamwork, professionalism, and goal-oriented mindset that define the aviation industry.
McRae earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Mississippi. Outside of work, she enjoys flying, hiking, cooking, gardening, and spending time outdoors with family, friends, and her dog. -

Prior to joining OGARAJETS, Chris dedicated several years to intensive flight training and academic study, building a foundation that includes knowledge of federal aviation regulations, charter operations, and pilot procedures. This operational perspective helps him bring structure, attention to detail, and clarity to fast-moving transaction environments.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys flying, studying aviation topics, and playing golf. He also coaches youth soccer and volunteers as an aviation career enrichment instructor.
