Andres Morales is the President and CEO of Skyline Group MC, a boutique aviation management and advisory firm positioned as the Family Office of Private Aviation.

He founded Skyline with a clear vision: to bring institutional discipline, transparency, and a hospitality-driven approach to private aviation, aligning aircraft ownership and operations with the broader financial and lifestyle objectives of ultra-high-net-worth clients. Under his leadership, Skyline has evolved into a highly personalized, full-service platform managing complex global operations while maintaining a boutique, high-touch standard.

Andres combines a background in hospitality and aviation with a strong understanding of asset strategy, allowing him to bridge the gap between operational execution and financial alignment. He works closely with private banks, family offices, and advisors to structure and manage aviation assets in a way that enhances efficiency, preserves value, and integrates seamlessly into each client’s overall portfolio.
