Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Yoli is a US qualified Loss Adjuster with significant airline liability experience gained during her 15 years service with the American Airlines’ claims department and subsequently at Gates and Partners and Kennedys Law LLP. As a Senior Analyst with American, she was a member of the “Go Team” and heavily involved in the events of 9/11 and the Queens’ accident.
Yoli has very extensive customer relations experience and specializes in the handling and processing of passenger and baggage claims in the US, Latin America and the Caribbean.
