Thales brings 19 years of experience in project management, business development, sales and marketing. He began his career in the aviation industry in 2021 and is fluent in both English and Portuguese. Thales joined Aero Asset’s Market Research team in 2025, where he supports intelligence gathering across global rotorcraft markets and helps clients make informed, strategic decisions.
