Ron Lay

Originally from Iowa, Ron moved to Arizona to pursue an education at Northern Arizona University and was compelled to stay in Arizona after his education. His experience includes time as an SBA Loan Officer for Bank One, then loan processing and credit analyst positions with National Bank of Arizona, Sonoran Bank, and eventually JP Morgan Chase. Ron brings a background of over 20 years in the mortgage and banking industry to AirFleet’s loan operations department (credit analysis and contracting). His unique skillset will have an immediate impact on AirFleet’s expanding capabilities.
