Paul Copping

Paul Copping is the Senior Vice President of Sales at RIM Alliance, where he oversees all sales activities across the organization. With nearly four decades of experience in the aircraft parts industry, he brings deep expertise in business development, customer relationship management, and strategic growth. Paul is focused on strengthening longstanding customer relationships and driving new opportunities for growth as RIM Enterprises and Alliance Air Parts move forward together.

With 39 years in the industry, Paul’s career includes three decades at RIM Enterprises, where he served as president for 25 years. During his tenure, he helped the company grow into a respected name in the aircraft parts trading sector. Earlier in his career, Paul held sales and management roles at Intertrade Ltd., where he first entered the industry.

Beyond his professional career, Paul has taken several trips to Guatemala to support the Organization for the Development of the Indigenous Maya (ODIM). RIM Alliance is proud to have become ODIM’s first official business ambassador. Paul attended the University of Iowa.
