Nel Stubbs

Nel is a leading expert in aviation tax planning and compliance, with over four decades of experience in the industry. She co-founded Conklin & de Decker, where she served as Vice President before launching Stubbs Aviation Advisors in 2024. Her new firm provides consulting services to aircraft owners and flight departments. Stubbs has been recognized with numerous awards, including the NBAA’s John P. “Jack” Doswell Award in 2023 for her significant contributions to business aviation. She holds a BS in Mathematics and an MS in Aeronautical Science.
