Lee Rohde provides more than 30 years of aviation experience in financial and operational analysis, manufacturing, distribution, and corporate business development. Throughout his career, including as the founder, president, and CEO of Essex Aviation, he has represented clients through every stage of aircraft acquisitions, sales, marketing, and operational oversight. Lee has extensive experience with major fractional, membership, and jet card programs, guiding clients through acquisitions, leasing, program repurchases, and the sale or lease of fractional shares. He is a Certified Aircraft Dealer with the International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA) and an active member of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), National Aircraft Finance Association (NAFA), and Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA). He also serves on the Rolls-Royce and Jet Aviation Customer Advisory Boards. He previously served on the boards of the National Aircraft Finance Association and the National Aircraft Resale Association (now IADA), as well as the Robb Report Corporate Aviation Advisory Board. An experienced pilot, Lee served in the U.S. Air Force, earning the rank of Staff Sergeant and holding top-secret security clearance before his honorable discharge.
