Kristina Keppeler

Kristina Keppeler is an Associate in the General Corporate & Business, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Aviation practice groups at FMJ.

Kristina focuses on all areas of business law, including general corporate advising, the formation of business entities, contract drafting, mergers and acquisitions, and business and commercial aviation transactions. She invests time to provide excellent client service, and she communicates openly and proactively to meet the needs of her clients more efficiently. Kristina knows how to identify items and information needed to help move a matter forward, and she is adept at helping transactions reach the finish line.

Prior to joining FMJ, Kristina was a mediator for the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office and a judicial clerk for the Mortgage Foreclosure Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County in Chicago. These past experiences helped Kristina learn how the courts analyze contracts and business transactions, which informs the creative and business-oriented approach she takes to her practice. Kristina zealously advocates for her clients, and she utilizes strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to help serve and advise them.
