Keri Dowling
Keri L. Dowling earned her Juris Doctorate and was admitted to The Ohio Bar in 1998.
She represented the City of Cleveland before the FAA, NTSB and other governmental agencies, and in negotiations with tenants, landowners and contractors during the expansion of Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, the largest civil aviation airport expansion in US history.
Keri Dowling represented various airports and aircraft manufacturers in civil litigation in both state and federal courts until 2005, when she, newly admitted to Florida Bar, began to represent various aircraft owners in the purchase of aircraft, structuring of ownership and operational needs, as long as other transactional related matters.
