Joseph Dail

Born and raised in the small town of Mebane, NC. I took my first flight at 3 years old and spent the rest of my life looking up at the sky. My aviation dream took a hiatus for many years as I was an avid athlete. Finally deciding to focus on Golf as my main sport I got a scholarship to play at Hampden-Sydney College. From there I started my professional career as an insurance agent. After a decade in the industry I worked my way up to Vice-President of Sales for an insurance company out of Raleigh, NC. Covid hit and I was tired of the insurance industry and at the age of 30 I decided to pursue my aviation career. The plan was to go all the way to the airlines. As fate would have it, my wife got pregnant and I realized I did not want to be gone as much as a professional pilot and decided to look into the business side of aviation. I landed at LifeStyle Aviation as the Finance and Insurance Manager. I worked there for two years before finding my home at AirFleet Capital.
