Joseph (Joe) T. Zulueta, ASA, is President and CEO of Aeronautical Systems, headquartered in Miami Lakes, Florida, an accredited senior aircraft appraiser designated by the American Society of Appraisers. An independent aircraft appraiser and surveyor since the early 1990s. A licensed U.S. pilot having completed numerous graduate courses within the aviation and appraisal disciplines.
