Jessica L. Pownell represents and advises aircraft owners and operators, corporate flight departments, Fortune 500 companies, and other aviation-related businesses worldwide. She focuses her practice in the areas of acquisition, sale, leasing, and registration of corporate aircraft and related regulatory matters.
While attending the University of Kansas School of Law, Ms. Pownell received CALI awards for attaining the highest grade in Contracts II, Civil Procedure II, Antitrust Law, Health Care Regulation and Finance, and Practice in Kansas and the Payne & Jones Lawyering Program Award for excellence in legal writing and research.
