Heather Croker

With two decades of experience in business aviation, Heather Croker is a trusted expert in corporate operations, contract management, and aircraft transactions.

As Director of Corporate Operations and Transactions at Dallas Jet International, Heather plays a critical role in ensuring the firm’s business functions and client services operate with precision and efficiency. Since 2005, she has become a cornerstone of the organization, working closely with CEO Brad Harris to navigate the complex landscape of aircraft sales and acquisitions.

Heather’s deep industry knowledge spans everything from regulatory documentation and contract administration to accounting oversight and transaction logistics. She leads coordination between clients, brokers, escrow agents, and financial institutions—ensuring every step of the transaction process is expertly managed and flawlessly executed.

Beginning her aviation career as a flight scheduler and executive assistant, Heather gained valuable insight into international and domestic operations across multiple aircraft platforms. Today, that foundation supports her comprehensive understanding of the aviation business and fuels her commitment to service excellence.

A native Texan based in Fort Worth, Heather holds a BBA in Marketing from Tarleton State University. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and daughter, live music, and cheering on her favorite Texas sports teams.
