Ford von Weise is the Head of Aircraft Advisory & Finance at White Bridge Capital, where he leads the firm’s efforts in delivering tailored financing and advisory solutions for business and personal aircraft. With over 30 years of experience in aviation finance, he specializes in structuring and managing complex transactions for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their family offices, ensuring clients receive optimal strategies for their aviation needs.

From 2006 to 2024, Ford served as the Head of Citi Private Bank's Aircraft Finance & Advisory Services, overseeing transactions ranging from $10 million to $75 million. During his tenure, he built a reputation for delivering bespoke financing solutions and expert advice, earning the trust of some of the world’s wealthiest individuals. Prior to Citi, Ford held senior roles at Merrill Lynch, GMAC, and Lend Lease, where he honed his expertise in asset-backed financing and established himself as a leader in the aviation finance sector.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Ford is an instrument-rated pilot with over 2,500 flight hours, providing him with a unique perspective and deep understanding of the aviation world.
