Evan Plagg

Evan Plagg is the Chief Financial Officer of RIM Alliance, where he oversees all aspects of the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations. He plays a key role in driving disciplined growth, leading integration efforts following acquisitions, and supporting RIM Alliance’s long-term vision of delivering dependable parts, ready for flight.

Before joining RIM Alliance, Evan was with Infinity Capital Partners, where he advised on the initial sale of Alliance Air Parts in April 2024. He was later re-engaged to represent the buy side in the acquisition of RIM Enterprises played a crucial role in structuring and executing the merger that formed RIM Alliance. Earlier in his career, Evan spent five years in public accounting with top middle-market firms, first in audit and later in transaction advisory, where he guided clients through financial diligence, M&A transactions, and complex technical accounting matters.

Evan earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Tulsa, where he was a four-time letter winner on the football team, a two-time All-Conference selection, and a nominee for both the Burlsworth and Outland Trophies. He later received his MBA from Oklahoma State University.

A native of Guthrie, Oklahoma, Evan now lives in Edmond with his wife, Ellen, and their son, Louis. He still enjoys spending weekends back on the family farm in northern Logan County, catching up with family and keeping his rural roots close.
