Doug Stuart

Mr. Stuart has handled hundreds of business and litigation matters for both individual and corporate clients in more than 30 years of legal practice. He has worked with Soar Aviation Law since it was founded, after working with partners Amanda Applegate and Sarah Northcraft Spann at their prior aviation law firm. Mr. Stuart's current practice emphasizes aviation transactions and litigation, aircraft damage claims, aviation employment, aircraft liens and repossessions, defending FAA enforcement actions, insurance, and general business matters.

Mr. Stuart is admitted to the State Bar of California after receiving his JD from the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of California at Los Angeles.
