David Richter

As Chief Revenue Officer and President of Managed Aircraft Sales, David Richter oversees Brokerage Sales, Managed Aircraft Sales and Opportunities, the Marketing team, and Jet Access’s innovative Wing Share program. In this role, he drives a seamless, value-focused experience for clients while aligning revenue strategies across the organization.

A 20-year veteran of the aviation industry, David previously served as Executive Vice President of Managed Aircraft Sales, where he led the expansion of Jet Access’s fleet of Part 91 and Part 135 managed aircraft. He played a key role in cultivating long-term relationships and advancing programs in managed aircraft, aircraft syndication (Wing Share), and charter sales.

Prior to joining Jet Access, David held senior leadership roles at Wheels Up and Executive Jet Management (EJM), where he was instrumental in adding more than 95 aircraft to their fleets.

Based in Boston, Massachusetts, David also serves as President of the Massachusetts Business Aviation Association.
