Clay Ferguson

Clay Ferguson joined Gilchrist Aviation Law as an associate attorney in 2022. Clay works alongside Jack Gilchrist and Chad Gilson in the acquisition of title and registration for all kinds of aircraft, as well as issues related to leasing and financing.  ​

​Mr. Ferguson earned his bachelor’s degree at Oklahoma State University, he then went on to get his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma   College of  Law. Following his graduation from law school, Clay worked in civil litigation prior to joining Gilchrist Aviation Law. He is a member of the Oklahoma and Oklahoma County Bar Associations and is admitted in all federal courts for the state of Oklahoma. Clay is an attorney with experience in high-pressure matters, utilizing precise attention to detail that is paramount to our clients.​

Clay enjoys his time outside of aviation law spent with his wife and two children. He is an avid golfer and enthusiast of any Oklahoma sports, especially from his alma mater: Oklahoma State University.
