Bonnie McIntosh is a Certified Property Valuer with Certified Practicing Valuer Accreditation from the Australian Valuers Institute (AVI), where she also serves as a Board Director and Senior in Training and Education. She holds accreditation as a Certified Asset, Plant & Equipment Valuer and is a member of both the IVSC International and VPC Asia Pacific. Bonnie holds a Graduate Diploma in Property and a Bachelor of Health Science, with extensive experience in high-value residential valuations, rural land assessments, development feasibility studies, and rental reviews.24th March 2025 Her portfolio includes valuations for legal, government, and infrastructure projects, with property values assessed up to $24 million.
