Alex Martin

Alex began his career at Piper Aircraft’s headquarters in Vero Beach, Florida, working in the Marketing department. After a brief period at Lockheed Martin, Alex transitioned into the lending industry by joining We Florida Financial, a Fort Lauderdale–based credit union. There, Alex was tasked with launching and growing the organization’s aircraft lending program, spending nearly a decade building it into a recognized presence in the general aviation finance space.

Following this success, Alex helped to launch Aircraft Guarantee and Lending, an aircraft loan brokerage that is partnered with one of the leading aircraft dealerships in the US. Today, Alex serves as the Director of Specialty Lending at USALLIANCE Credit Union, continuing to expand the department's innovative lending programs and strengthen the credit union’s role in the aviation finance sector. 

Beyond his professional work, Alex also holds both Private and Instrument pilot ratings, is an active double bassist in the Broward Symphony, and enjoys traveling whenever he has the opportunity.
