Troy Rolf
Troy A. Rolf is an aviation and tax attorney concentrating in the areas of corporate aircraft transactions and operations. Mr. Rolf's experience and expertise includes negotiating and drafting aircraft purchase, lease, management, and charter agreements, providing aviation regulatory and tax planning services to aircraft owners, operators and managers, and structuring fractional aircraft ownership programs.
Prior to law school, Mr. Rolf worked as an air traffic control specialist in military and FAA facilities for more than twelve years, and earned a commercial pilot certificate with single-engine, multi-engine, and instrument ratings. Upon earning his law degree, Mr. Rolf returned to the Federal government where he participated in the Department of Transportation's prestigious Honors Attorney program and served as an FAA attorney for approximately 18 months before moving to the private sector in 1998.
Mr. Rolf is admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota and the District of Columbia, as well as the United States Tax Court and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
