Jay is a trusted adviser to aircraft owners and flight departments throughout the Eastern U.S. He works closely with each client to develop custom aircraft management solutions that streamline complex processes, reduce ownership costs and maximize safety and value. Jay joined Clay Lacy as a charter coordinator in 2017. Previously, Jay held sales and flight coordinator positions at an East Coast jet charter operator and was an owner services account manager at NetJets. He began his business aviation career in customer service and line maintenance at a leading aircraft management and jet charter company. Jay has a BA in aviation management from The Ohio State University.
