Chris Mason is a Certified Property Valuer with accreditation from the Australian Valuers Institute (AVI), where he is also accredited as a Specialist Retail Valuer and Certified Asset, Plant & Equipment Valuer. With over 28 years of industry experience, Chris brings deep expertise across residential, commercial, industrial, and development valuations. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from RMIT and multiple advanced real estate qualifications. Chris is a licensed estate agent in Victoria and member of the IVSC International and VPC Asia Pacific. He regularly acts as an expert witness in Family Law and Retail Tenancy disputes and holds a Certificate in Giving Expert Evidence from the API.
