All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email is acceptable).  Cancellations requested prior to October 2, 2023 will incur a 15% cancellation fee.  No refunds will be made after October 2, 2023, however if you wish to transfer the ticket to another person in your organization, that may be done at no additional charge.  To process any and all cancellation requests, please email admin@nafa.aero.
