Founded in 1995 as a local asset for financing small businesses - CHB has established a nationwide footprint with clients in all 50 states. Located in SE Wyoming (Wheatland, WY) - we are small in community, but big on business.
Hard assets are our specialty with Aircraft being a new equipment type for us two years ago. We focus on fixed and rotary-wing general aviation aircraft with funding amounts under $750,000.
Products & Services
EFA (equipment finance agreements) for business-use aircraft up to $750k funding which operate under FAA Parts 61, 91, 133, 135, 137 and 141. Our contracts are simple interest loans with amortization terms out to 20 years. Rates are comparable for most A & B type credits of small business operations.
These operations must demonstrate a business need for the aircraft to be financed.
