Stephen "Steve" Friedrich is Vice President, Sales & Marketing for the Civil Small & Medium Engines at Rolls-Royce North America. In this role Steve is responsible for leading global sales & marketing and business development activities for corporate aircraft, including CorporateCare® sales management, marketing, services forecasting and pricing. He is based at the Rolls-Royce North America headquarters in Reston, VA.

Prior to this role, Steve was Vice President of Sales Finance, where he led the sales finance function for the Americas. He joined Rolls-Royce in 2001 from Summit Bank, where he was Vice President in the aviation finance group. His previous banking and aviation finance experience was with Summit Bank and its' predecessors, and Bankers Trust.

Steve has an MBA from the Stern School at New York University and a BA in Economics from Lafayette College.

Steve resides in Ashburn, VA with his wife and son.
