Our Board of Directors guides our organization. Our Directors are all highly experienced in their respective niches in the aviation finance industry.

We have eleven Directors, with a majority always being representatives of "full" members. Each serves for a three-year term, with the terms "staggered" so that only one-third of the seats turn over each year. A Director may not succeed himself or herself in office. However, in order to keep continuity in officerships, a Director who will be an officer or general counsel may continue service if the Board so wishes.
