
At their Annual Spring Meeting NAFA, in conjunction with the American Society Of Appraisers (ASA), hosts a 1 day seminar of basic and continuing education on the Aircraft Appraisal process.
This course covers the fundamentals of the Uniform Standard of Appraisal Practices (USPAP) and highlights different components of the aircraft appraisal process each year. Previous seminars have incorporated class room presentations from market research services, value guides, OEMs, maintenance tracking companies, and tours of specific aircraft, service centers and manufacturing facilities.
The course is organized and presented by Mr. Ken Dufour, President of Aviation Management Consulting, Adjunct Professor – Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Accredited Senior Appraiser in Rockford, IL and Mr. Wade Young, Underwriting Consultant and Accredited Senior Appraiser in Wichita, KS.
